Cpap Answers Forum ok, how about your mask? mine happens to be a ResMed Activa.......why? because I like it...but really this mask is a very good choice simply because it tends to not only kind of float on your face, it kind of adheres to your skin at the same time. very comfortable and very efficient. I gotta tell you that i move around alot when i sleep too.....not much adjusting to do with the Activa so its a good one for me. what about you? what kind of mask do you use and why?

Cpap Answers ForumOK, maybe we can start this off by talking about the Cpap Machines we all use and why...I personally use the Respironics Remstar Plus with C-flex. This machine for me at least, seems to give me the relief I need with the higher pressures (currently 16cm). C-flex is a feature that reduces the air pressure when you exhale. This increases the comfort level significantly, especially at the higher pressure. My use of this device did not happen overnight but since using C-flex I really crave my machine each night. How about you?
